Infosys is seeking a Cisco ISE Network Engineer. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ, or Raleigh, NC, or Indianapolis, IN, or Richardson, TX, or Houston, TX, or Providence, RI, or Hartford, CT, or be willing to relocate to these areas Infosys HUB locations. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• Responsible for providing Technical and Networking support with Cisco ISE and Cisco Wireless Controllers and Switches.
• Involves diagnosing hardware and software issues on network components, performing troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades and ensuring devices meet quality standards.
• Play a critical role in delivering reliable solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction in a fast-paced service environment
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ISE for network access control, including guest access portals, 802.1X authentication, and device profiling
• Design and implement secure guest access solutions using Cisco ISE, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity for visitors
• Familiarity with Cisco Wireless controllers/Switches and integration with Cisco ISE
• Provide excellent customer service to the end users by resolving their issues end to end.
• Maintain Compliance: Comply with the ITIL process and meet the SLA requirements.
• Design and customize Cisco ISE guest access portals, including layout, branding, and functionality enhancements

Preferred Skills:
• Understanding of network security principles and practices
• Experienced with guest access solutions and 802.1X authentication
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE Guest access and BYOD solutions
• Troubleshooting skills and familiarity with logs, debugs and packet captures
• Work closely with ISE and Customer Teams, and stakeholders to align portal customization requirements with organizational goals
• Understanding of network security principles and practices
• Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
• Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
• Exceptional Organizational Skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
