Infosys is seeking a Test Lead.

As a Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualification:
  • Good knowledge on Healthcare, Provider Network and Contracting Domains.
  • 4 years of experience in Network and provider applications (Provider demographics, Network setup, Contract setup)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience on Mainframes (Cobol, JCL and DB2).
  • 4 years of experience in Provider in creating Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test scenarios and Test cases
  • Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • 3 years of experience in test execution & reporting, testing lifecycle processes and test tools like Rally, HP ALM, JIRA etc.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology.
  • Excellent Client Interfacing skills
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
