Infosys is seeking Lead SAP Commissions Workflow Consultant

This position will be a key player in engaging with business/functional team in providing best fit technical solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys development standards. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • This position may require travel and/or relocation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of SAP Commissions Workflow specialist experience

  • At least 2 years end to end implementation experience in SAP Commissions Advanced Workflow with SAP S4 HANA as backend database.

  • Lead requirement gathering workshops. Work with business and IT teams to elicit and elaborate requirements to group and collate them further in required documents.

  • Create POC, demos, explore new product features.

  • Design, develop and deploy SAP Commissions workflow solutions tailored to business requirements and industry best practices.

  • Write SQL queries and Stored procedures required for Workflow solutions. Should have good working knowledge on SAP S4 Hana database

  • Test the developments – individually and in an integrated environment.

  • Assist business users in User Acceptance Testing

  • Create training documents for Compensation Admins

  • Promote solution to higher application environments and perform cutover activities.

  • Must be able to quickly resolve post go live issues in terms of data fix and solution corrections/adaptations.

  • Take ownership of RFP activities – scope identification, effort estimation, solution, and its elegant articulation. Work individually or in teams to effectively write Infosys solution, present it in Orals and defend it during Due Diligence.

  • Create POC, demos, explore new product features and pass knowledge to junior team members.

  • Work with multiple stakeholders in project to ensure solution delivery as per agreed timelines. Basic awareness of project management activities – specifically with respect to reporting status on self and team’s activities to Infosys and client stakeholders

  • Rich experience in handling AMS activities of ticket resolutions and enhancements

  • Expertise in Design, Build and Deploy in Workflow

  • Expertise in SQL queries, Store procedures, packages and custom tables.

  • Expertise in Groovy, Java, HTML, Java script

  • Expertise in environment setup, Admin , User level access setup , security handling.

  • Expertise in REST API calling through Workflow scripting

  • Know and understand Commission DB tables. Experience in writing advanced SQL queries.

  • Experience in Approval, Distribution, Enquiry type Workflow

  • Various ways of Payment extract process through Workflow

  • Experience calling informatica task, triggering pipelines through Workflow.

  • Knowledge in SAP Commission objects

  • Design and configuration knowledge in SAP Commission

  • Certification in SAP Commissions and workflow
