Job Description: ServiceNow Lead Developer (Integration SME)

Skilled and experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer/ Integration SME with deep expertise in ServiceNow Modules and in Third-party system integrations. Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM, and will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON (Canada) or be willing to relocate to the area.

  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep Hands on Experience in ServiceNow development with Script includes, Business Rules, ACLs, Data and UI policies, Data import activities
  • Proven hands on experience in ServiceNow integration solutions using Integrations (REST/SOAP), IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and custom scripts.
  • Hands on experience with Integration of external systems Like MS AD, SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS, Jira
  • Work across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain Integration documentation and interface specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact.
  • Participate in customer-facing roles and contribute to technical solution design.

Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certifications - Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-ITSM.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server configurations.
  • Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth2, Basic Auth).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Spokes and custom connector development.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 103042
