Short Description:
QE Analyst

Location: Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, create and maintain test scenarios/test cases

· Execute manual and automated test activities – Non-functional & functional, integration, regression, performance, and other tests as needed

  • Design, implement, and execute API and backend integration test strategies.

  • Build and maintain automated API test suites using tools such as Postman, REST-assured, or Karate.

  • Perform load, stress, and performance testing

  • Collaborate with developers to identify test requirements and debug backend issues.

  • Validate system and service interactions, data pipelines, and mobile app-backend integrations.

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration for test automation and reporting.

  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

  • Document detailed test plans, test cases, and quality metrics.

  • Support accessibility and security testing for backend interfaces.

  • Utilize cloud-based tools and environments for scalable backend testing.

· Provide test reports on a regular basis, as required, to QA Team Lead & Customers.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of QA experience, with a focus on backend/API testing.

  • Proficient in REST API testing, JSON/XML, Postman, Swagger, REST-assured, or similar tools.

  • Strong experience in performance testing and benchmarking.

  • Familiar with automation scripting (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).

  • Experience with microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).

  • Understanding of mobile app backend integrations and how to validate across layers.

  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).

  • Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Desired requirements /skills /experience

Hands-on experience in automation test is a must

  • Very fast learner both technical and business

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both as a team player and individual

  • Critical, logical, creative thinking

  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
