Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Platform Engineer with a strong background in RPA infrastructure and deployment automation. This role is central to maintaining and scaling our RPA platforms, ensuring reliable bot operations through robust CI/CD pipelines, version control, and environment management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain RPA environments, including development, test, and production setups.
• Own and optimize deployment processes, ensuring smooth and secure bot releases.
• Implement and maintain version control systems for automation assets and configurations.
• Schedule and monitor bot executions, ensuring alignment with business SLAs.
• Design and support CI/CD pipelines for RPA solutions, integrating with enterprise DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with developers, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and drive root cause analysis for environment-related incidents

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering, with at least 3 years in RPA environments.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism or other RPA platforms.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with bot scheduling, monitoring, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Exposure to telecom, media, or technology domains.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automated provisioning tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and operational governance.
