Senior Consultant – Medical Devices Commercial Transformation
Infosys Consulting is looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior Consultant to join our Medical Devices Commercial practice. You will support delivery of engagements that help medtech clients modernize the technology behind their customer-facing functions sales, launch excellence, pricing, contracting, and market access/reimbursement while building the client relationships and commercial acumen to grow into an account-growth-focused role over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support delivery of commercial transformation engagements for medtech clients across CRM/sales enablement (Salesforce, Veeva), CPQ and pricing, contract lifecycle management, and commercial data platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry).
  • Contribute to applied AI use cases in commercial functions supporting the design and documentation of GenAI and agentic solutions for sales, launch, pricing, and reimbursement teams.
  • Support senior team members in identifying adjacent opportunities within active accounts, helping build the analysis and materials behind a business case for work that is not yet scoped.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution development.
  • Analyze commercial data and processes to identify improvement opportunities and inform recommendations.
  • Support program planning, execution, and reporting, including deliverable development, risk tracking, and status reporting.
  • Develop client-ready materials, including proposals, points of view, and presentations.
  • Contribute to practice capability-building and knowledge sharing.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrates proven success in roles and thorough abilities in one or more of the following areas:
  • 5 years of experience in Medical Device Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, or Commercial Consulting.
  • Working knowledge of core commercial platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva); exposure to CPQ, pricing, contract lifecycle management, or data platforms such as Palantir Foundry is a plus.
  • Awareness of how AI is applied to customer-facing functions sales, launch excellence, pricing/reimbursement, and contracting.
  • A proactive mindset comfort raising ideas or opportunities that weren't formally assigned, even without full ownership of the client relationship.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with comfort presenting to mid-level client stakeholders.
  • Prior consulting experience preferred, or relevant industry experience in a commercial or commercial operations function.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exposure to Palantir Foundry, CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub), or contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Icertis, Conga).
  • Exposure to or coursework in GenAI/agentic solutions applied to sales, pricing, or contracting.
  • Experience supporting a business case or internal proposal for new work or investment.
  • Direct industry experience at a medical device manufacturer or distributor is a plus.
  • Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
