In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation

⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Aptitudes et expérience requises
• Experience in Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud EPM Financial Consolidation and Close.
• Experience implementing and supporting at least two or more Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, or Narrative Reporting.
• Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial close, consolidation, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and management reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Calculation Manager, business rules, Groovy scripting, EPM Automate, Data Management/Data Exchange, and Smart View.
• Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, or other enterprise systems.
Aptitudes et expérience souhaitées
• Experience serving as a Solution Lead or Functional Lead on Oracle EPM Cloud transformation programs.
• Expertise in FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and Planning solutions.
• Experience defining EPM Cloud architecture, integration strategy, security models, and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Exposure to migration projects involving Hyperion Planning, HFM, Essbase, FDMEE, or on-premise EPM applications to Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Experience managing small to medium-sized teams and mentoring junior consultants.
• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex business and technology solutions to executive, finance, and technical audiences.
• Experience supporting proposal development, effort estimation, solution workshops, and client presentations.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Model environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
