Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor Techno Functional Lead to implement and support Fusion HCM OTL module for Canadian public sector clients. As an Oracle Fusion HCM OTL Lead, candidate will be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients. Candidate’s focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically OTL module for the Canadian public sector customer. Candidate will also need to lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of candidate’s role is translating complex solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from functional and technical teams to senior management. Candidate is expected to guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga , Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills:
  • Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in leading and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for OTL Module for Canadian Public Sector clients ensuring compliance with Canadian labour regulations and integration with OTL and other modules.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
  • Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper care
  • Configure Time Entry Profiles, Layout Sets, Time Calculation Rules, Define overtime, shift, and pay rules based on Canadian labor laws, Manage timecard validations and approval workflows, Integrate with Absence Management and OTL, Develop and support integrations (Time to OTL, third-party systems)
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting and Fast Formulas.
  • Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests
  • Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to OTL & other related functionality.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training
  • Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
  • Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team members
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario- $96620 to $109129
