Infosys is seeking an AI Assurance Chatbot Tester to validate, test, and assure the quality, reliability, security, and accuracy of AI-powered chatbot solutions. The role involves functional testing, conversational testing, prompt validation, response accuracy verification, API and workflow validation, and identification of risks such as hallucinations, bias, prompt injection vulnerabilities, and compliance issues. The candidate will collaborate with AI engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to improve chatbot quality while supporting Responsible AI and AI governance initiatives.
