Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of HRO Operations Manager to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities:

The professional will be responsible for the end-to-end management of HR operations for Latin America, leading HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Service Desk processes, while ensuring compliance, quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with the organization's global objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the delivery of HR services with a focus on quality, SLAs, productivity, and internal customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring the efficient execution of employee lifecycle processes, payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between LATAM operations, the client, and global leadership, particularly with the India-based corporate structure.
  • Managing operational metrics, SLAs, KPIs, risks, incidents, and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and regulations such as LGPD and GDPR.
  • Leading continuous improvement, digital transformation, automation, and process standardization programs to drive efficiency gains and reduce operational risks.
  • Managing process transitions, Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities, Go-Live, and operational stabilization within the BPM framework.
  • Overseeing budget, capacity, headcount, and contractual obligations, ensuring financial sustainability and support for operational growth.
  • Fostering talent development, succession planning, and team upskilling, while strengthening a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Lead the integrated delivery of Human Resources services using a BPM model for Latin America, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, customer satisfaction, team development, and alignment with the organization's global guidelines.
  • The professional will be responsible for the end-to-end management of HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Service Desk services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, legal requirements, internal controls, data protection policies, and the contract's financial objectives.
  • The role will serve as the primary point of connection between the LATAM operation, client stakeholders, local teams, and global leadership based in India, ensuring executive visibility, appropriate risk escalation, and consistent implementation of the global governance model.
