Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Talent Acquisition Analyst - Recruiter to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across various LATAM countries (Brazil, Mexico and Argentina)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including social networks, job portals, referrals, and talent communities
• Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring stakeholders
• Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and follow global TA processes
• Manage offer negotiations in alignment with internal policies and local labor norms
• Represent the employer brand in the LATAM market.
• Extensive experience managing high‑volume recruitment operations in Latin America for large and complex organizations.
• Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within LATAM markets
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment best practices
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
• Ability to work with cross-regional teams and adapt to cultural nuances
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong emotional control and resilience
• Experience with shared services, customer operations, manufacturing or multinational organizations
• Familiarity with ATS platforms
• English is a strong plus.
