Project Manager

Location: primary Bydgoszcz, can considering Wroclaw, Warsaw, Krakow

Type of work: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)- obligatory

Contract: only contract of employment

Salaries: base+ financial bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Define project scope, timelines, and resource plans.
• Manage implementation of infrastructure solutions (network,, data center).
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage , procurement, and vendor coordination.
• .Communicate status and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate testing, cutover activities, and operational handover.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, , virtualization, storage).
• Experience managing medium‑to‑large infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, , or similar PM tools.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL,
