Role Description: Are you passionate about leading transformative technology strategies? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Salary: AUD 129,311 – 142,018 Annual Gross

As a Project Manager – Senior Lead, you are accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, contractual obligations, business outcomes, and strategic priorities. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholder relationships, oversee performance, and drive delivery excellence across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex projects and programs.
    • Build executive stakeholder relationships and lead governance forums.
    • Own project financials including forecasting, revenue and margin management.
    • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor project managers and specialists.
    • Drive RAID management, compliance and delivery assurance.
    • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
    • Provide executive reporting and portfolio-level insights.

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
    • 15+ years of project/program management experience.
    • 10+ years managing customer-facing projects and senior stakeholders.
    • Experience leading large-scale enterprise or telecommunications projects.
    • Strong financial management, governance and delivery leadership skills.
    • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid and SAFe methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED
  • • Telecommunications or ISP industry experience.
    • Experience in Australian Government or regulated environments.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or equivalent certifications.
    • Experience managing large transformation programs and delivery portfolios.

ADDITIONAL
  • Should have worked in Large Projects
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
