Role Description: Project Manager Location :Melbourne, Australia Salary: AUD 150,742– 171,215 Annual Gross Please Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes
Roles and Responsibilities:
Liaison with client Product Owner/SMEs to gather functional requirements
Participate in workflow analysis and business process analysis to identify and clarify requirements, current-future state identification and contribute to the redesign
Constantly focusing on value-driven delivery, motivating the teams in delivering their commitment
Liaise with all the connecting teams (scrum of scrums) to resolve dependencies and create the overall implementation roadmap
Participating in Design Sprints
Validate the functional design
Help prioritize backlogs
Ensure best design practices are followed.
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution and closure.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies.

Essential:
15+ years of project / program management experience, including leadership of large transformation programs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
