Your role
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required
• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience
• 5+ years in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations in Financials
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials – GL, AP, Tax, Expenses
• Good understanding of Journal Processing, Payables and Receivables flows, UAE Taxation, Knowledge of Data migration from Legacy (EBS/MS Dynamics etc) to Fusion ERP cloud
• Lead and support implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials including:
o Conduct requirements gathering workshops and map business processes to Oracle Fusion best practices.
o Perform Configurations such as: Legal Entity, Chart of Accounts, Tax, Suppliers
o Perform Integration testing and support UAT testing
o Train the business users on Oracle Fusion Financials
• Advise clients on process standardization and adoption of Oracle-delivered functionality.

Preferred
• Experience in Procurement and PPM is desirable
