In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
⦁ Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
⦁ Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
⦁ Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
⦁ Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
⦁ Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability

Aptitudes et expérience souhaitées

⦁ Strong knowledge of mortgage regulatory and compliance frameworks such as RESPA, TILA, HMDA, Dodd-Frank, and FHFA guidelines preferred
⦁ Experience collaborating with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure product features meet regulatory and audit requirements preferred
⦁ Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or Product board for roadmap planning and stakeholder communication
⦁ Experience working with third-party vendors, fintech partners, and internal technology teams in a matrixed organization preferred
⦁ Strong ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and technology solutions
⦁ Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps for large-scale enterprise platforms, working closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders
⦁ Experience and working directly with GSE guidelines and programs such as Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter (DU), Loan Delivery, or similar platforms

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
