Senior SAP SD Consultant (AMS | ECC & S/4HANA)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant (10+ years) with strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, focused on end-to-end Sales (Order-to-Cash) processes, incident resolution, and implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on functional expertise and AMS experience, capable of working in global environments with international stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide SAP SD functional support in AMS environment, including:


    • Incident resolution (L2/L3 support)
    • Service requests and enhancements
    • Root cause analysis and stabilization activities
  • Manage and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including:


    • Sales Order Management
    • Pricing and Billing
    • Delivery and Logistics Execution
    • Integration with FI (billing/invoicing)
  • Participate in SAP SD implementation projects, covering:


    • Requirements gathering (Fit/Gap)
    • Configuration
    • Testing (SIT / UAT)
    • Data migration support
    • Go-Live and Hypercare
  • Analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring minimum impact to business operations.

  • Collaborate with global teams (onshore/offshore) for issue resolution and delivery coordination.

  • Design and maintain functional specifications for enhancements and integrations (RICEFW).

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in SAP SD processes within AMS landscape.

  • Provide guidance and support to business users and key stakeholders.




Required Qualifications


  • +10 years of experience as SAP SD Consultant.

  • Proven experience in:


    • SAP ECC and S/4HANA SD
    • AMS support (incident-driven environments)
    • Full lifecycle SAP implementations
  • Strong functional expertise in:


    • Order-to-Cash (OTC) end-to-end process
    • Sales, pricing, billing and delivery processes
  • Hands-on experience in:


    • Configuration and troubleshooting
    • Incident resolution and root cause analysis
    • Integration with other modules (FI, MM, WM/EWM)



Technical Skills


  • SAP SD (ECC & S/4HANA)

  • Strong knowledge in:


    • Sales Order Processing
    • Pricing & Billing
    • Delivery and Logistics Execution (LE)
  • Integration knowledge:


    • FI (billing/accounting integration)
    • MM / logistics processes
  • Experience with:


    • Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
    • Data migration (LSMW or Migration Cockpit)
    • Interfaces / EDI / IDOCs
  • Exposure to:


    • SAP Fiori (nice to have)

Languages


  • English: Fluent (mandatory)
  • Spanish: Nice to have



Nice to Have

Experience in multi-country implementations (LATAM preferred)
  • Knowledge of electronic invoicing / localizations
  • Experience in S/4HANA migration projects
