In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Aptitudes et expérience requises

⦁ Experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service, and related technologies.
• Experience with Oracle Customer Relationship Management/Customer Service
⦁ Experience in architecture/design /detailing of processes and problem definition.
⦁ Knowledge and experience of implementing Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, Omnichannel features with Fusion Service Cloud.
⦁ Understanding of business processes related to customer service, service entitlements/coverages, RMA and Depot Repair.
⦁ Experience with the Application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder.
⦁ Knowledge of Webservices based integration
⦁ Experience with PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to client

Aptitudes et expérience souhaitées

⦁ Experience working onsite as well as working with offshore team on deliverables.
⦁ Should have done at least 2 green field implementations and have experience in working in projects with Agile methodology.
⦁ Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
