Role Description: We are looking for an experienced Mobile & Web Test Lead to drive quality assurance for web and mobile applications within an Agile environment. The role requires strong expertise in manual testing and automation testing using Selenium and Appium, along with proven leadership capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and implement end-to-end test strategy and planning across Agile sprints
• Lead manual and automation testing efforts, ensuring high test coverage and quality
• Create test plan, test strategy, test cases and carryout end to end test execution. Create test closure report and involve in defect triaging
• Oversee cross-platform mobile testing (iOS and Android)
• Manage defect lifecycle, quality metrics, and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Mentor QA team members and promote best practices

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium (Web) and Appium (Mobile)
• Automation scripting and test execution
• CICD implementation
