Infosys – Legal - Corporate Counsel
Infosys Ltd. (NYSE INFY) a global IT Services company with more than 200,000 employees and 10+ billion dollars in annual revenue, is seeking a senior attorney to join the commercial transactions group of our Legal department, with responsibility for the Americas Sales region. Infosys Limited is seeking an in-house attorney to join the Americas Legal team supporting the Infosys Sales teams in the U.S, Canada and Latin America. The position will report to a Senior member of the Americas Legal team and will be primarily responsible for the following: negotiating various agreements with external clients and vendors; providing legal and business counsel to internal clients to resolve issues; managing external counsel (as applicable); ensuring that all agreements are concluded in accordance with Infosys’ corporate risk parameters and policies and working or leading various department and organization projects as assigned.
Infosys provides services to a broad range of customers including, but not limited to the following industries, financial services, healthcare, consumer products, energy and utilities, media and communications. The candidate should have experience contracting with customers in these areas, a good working knowledge of the issues that frequently arise and familiarity with the laws and regulations that are associated with these industries.
Work location : We prefer candidates based in our major hub locations (Richardson, TX; Indianapolis, IN; New York City, NY; Phoenix, AZ and Raleigh, NC or nearby areas), but are open to strong candidates across the U.S. The role offers remote flexibility, with occasional travel for litigation and stakeholder meetings
