In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
⦁ Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
⦁ Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
⦁ Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
⦁ Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Aptitudes et expérience requises

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to the client's business and IT leadership.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a distributed team of SAP functional and technical consultants, both onsite and offshore.
• Oversee all aspects of the AMS program, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service request fulfillment.
• Ensure all services are delivered within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
• Develop and maintain program governance, including regular status meetings, steering committee presentations, and performance reporting.
• Manage the program budget, scope, and resource allocation effectively.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proactively identify and address client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Present program performance, value, and strategic recommendations to the client on a regular basis.
• Act as an escalation point for any high-priority issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SAP AMS program, ensuring process adherence and quality delivery.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
• Manage the program's backlog and roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and new initiatives in alignment with client business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with client's IT policies, change management procedures, and security protocols.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and training to team members and client personnel as needed.
• Collaborate with the client to define and refine the long-term SAP roadmap.
• Identify opportunities for program growth and new service offerings (e.g., RPA, S/4HANA migration, cloud integration).
• Develop and present business cases for new initiatives or technologies that can provide value to the client.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and new SAP technologies provide strategic guidance to the client.

Exigences supplémentaires requises

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
