Infosys – Senior Associate Lead - HR
Infosys is looking for Senior Associate Lead for its HR team. This is a hands‑on, beginner level - individual contributor role focused on supporting a defined business unit through core HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and day‑to‑day people management support. In this role, the respective individual will support deployment of assigned HR processes, prepare various dashboards, analytics, plan, implement and monitor specific activities as guided by HR leaders to ensure HR delivery effectiveness. Improve employee satisfaction and engagement by ensuring a fair and effective feedback mechanism is delivered to achieve improved employee performance.

Qualification
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of relevant work experience for MBA graduates.
- Location for this position is in Richardson, TX. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This role requires a consistent in-office presence, working from the office 3–4 days per week; this is not a remote position.
This position may require travel up to 10%- High-Energy, Visible HR Partner: Act as a highly engaged, approachable HR presence within the office—actively connecting with employees, leaders, and stakeholders to build strong workplace relationships.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Champion: Lead and support office-based employee engagement initiatives, including planning and executing events, programs, and activities that enhance culture and employee experience.
- Event Leadership & Execution: Manage end-to-end coordination of office events (e.g., town halls, celebrations, engagement campaigns), ensuring high participation and impactful experiences.
- Strong Communication & Public Speaking Skills: Demonstrate confidence and effectiveness in speaking to large groups, including facilitating town halls, employee forums, and leadership sessions.
- People-First Engagement Mindset: Proactively engage with employees on the floor to understand sentiment, gather feedback, and drive real-time interventions that strengthen engagement and retention.
- Collaborative Partner to Business & Office Operations: Work closely with business leaders and workplace teams to ensure the office environment supports productivity, collaboration, and a positive employee experience.
Preferred:- HR domain knowledge of specific areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development.
- Assist in manage and review the following – HR operations, Performance management framework
- HR analytics / metrics and reporting
- Collaborator and vendor management
- Employer branding and positioning
- Complete unit specific performance management framework
- HR Operational effectiveness and efficiencies
- Monitor the employee governance process and adherence to code of conduct
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
