EDI Specialist
Position Description
Responsible for on-boarding EDI trading partners, including but not limited to developing integrations with back-office systems, setup of EDI trading partner profiles in the EDI system, coordinating on-boarding activities and supporting existing trading partner integrations.
The role will require direct interaction with customers including independent pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and large retail chains. Candidates are required to interact with a variety of customer roles and their (third party) system support teams to evaluate business processes and design and implement EDI solutions to meet the customer’s needs. The EDI Implementation Specialist provides consultative services to customers, guiding customers to best practice integration solutions and ensuring integrations are mutually beneficial to all parties.
