Job Description:

Service Scope:

• Incident Management - Triage is in scope. Setting up the NOC bridge is the responsibility of the GMF NOC team and incase resolution warrants code fixes it will be hand-off to GMF L3/L4 team.
• Problem Management / RCA
• Only Prod Environment is in Scope
• Application Monitoring of all components in Production
• Coordination between the team to resolve the issues
• Debugging of issue
• Minor fixes only in scope i.e. Configuration changes, updating credentials, Updating certificates
• Vulnerability Remediation - Limited to running the DevOps Pipeline as per the standard remediation policy.
• Infra Provisioning using DevOps Pipeline (Terraform skills) as per the standard operating procedure.

Staffing Requirement

• Primary Skill - Net, Azure, DevOps. Integration Services

Secondary Skill - Familiarity with Vulnerability Remediation and Infra Provisioning.

Extra Information:

Intermediate: Typically 4-10 years of experience, Quality deliverables, Guiding junior team mates,

Working on big projects/solutions minimal oversight or guidance
