In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Aptitudes et expérience requises
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional D365 CRM solutions
Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
Configure and manage entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and business process flows
Strong understanding of CRM data models, relationships, and security roles
Design and configure Power Platform solutions, including:
1)Power Automate (workflows, approvals, automation)
2)Model-driven Power Apps
Support UAT, end-user training, documentation, and go-live activities
Coordinate with developers and technical teams for customizations and integrations
Perform data migration, imports/exports, and basic data management
Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Aptitudes et expérience souhaitées
Functional understanding of Dataverse customizations, plugins, JavaScript, and integrations
Experience contributing to solution design discussions and guiding technical implementation
Exposure to Power BI reporting and analytics using D365 data
Experience optimizing solutions post go-live through enhancements and continuous improvements
Knowledge of AI/Copilot features within Dynamics 365
Experience working on enterprise-scale or global CRM implementations
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar ALM tools
Microsoft certifications preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
