The Role

Responsibilities:
Our Supply Chain team works as a trusted advisor to CSO’s, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.


The Process Lead -Planning will have end‑to‑end ownership of Supply Planning and Demand Planning processes within the Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. This role ensures that future‑state business processes are clearly defined, standardized, harmonized, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
Acting as the primary process authority , the Process Lead partners closely with client Business Process Owners, functional consultants, and cross‑track leads to drive process integrity, value realization, and business readiness. The role ensures that Oracle Supply Planning and Demand Planning solutions fully support operational outcomes, integrate seamlessly with upstream and downstream processes, and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
End‑to‑End Process Ownership

  • Own and define end‑to‑end Supply Planning and Demand Planning business processes .

  • Ensure complete E2E process coverage, including upstream and downstream process integration across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, and Logistics.

  • Drive process standardization and harmonization across business units while accommodating critical business variations.

  • Define and maintain process KPIs and metrics; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

Business Process Design & Future State Definition

  • Develop and own future‑state business process flows across multi‑lane process flow diagrams.

  • Ensure process designs align with Oracle ERP Cloud capabilities and enterprise architecture standards.

  • Validate that configurations and designs support intended business outcomes and control objectives.

  • Identify and address cross‑functional impacts resulting from process or configuration decisions.

Requirements, Fit‑Gap & Design Validation

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops for Oil Value Chain Supply and Demand Planning.

  • Identify and document Fit/Gaps, including process, system, reporting, and control gaps.

  • Provide solution options and recommendations to support Key Design Decisions (KDDs), while recognizing final approval authority resides elsewhere.

  • Validate Oracle design and configuration decisions against defined process requirements.

Conference Room Pilots (CRP)

  • Plan and execute CRP 0 and CRP 1 for Supply Planning and Demand Planning processes.

  • Validate end‑to‑end process execution, data flows, planning logic, and business scenarios.

  • Capture observations, confirm design readiness, and socialize outcomes with stakeholders.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Review and approve test scenarios, ensuring full end‑to‑end process coverage and appropriate control checks.

  • Perform and support System Integration Testing (SIT) to confirm final design and process readiness.

  • Ensure issues identified during testing are analyzed from a process‑first perspective and resolved appropriately.

Value Realization & Metrics

  • Partner with the Value Realization Management (VRM) Consultant to define and measure value metrics.

  • Ensure process designs and planning solutions support targeted business value and operational improvements.

  • Track performance indicators post‑deployment to validate value realization.

Business Readiness & Deployment Support

  • Validate business readiness across people, process, policy, and data dimensions.

  • Ensure data, master data governance, and planning assumptions support business operations.

  • Support cutover activities and stabilization from a process standpoint.

Documentation & Sign‑Off

  • Review and sign off on key deliverables, including:

    • End‑to‑end process flows

    • “Day‑in‑the‑Life” scenarios

    • Upstream and downstream system interactions

    • Integration touchpoints and dependencies

  • Ensure documentation accurately reflects the implemented solution and business operations.

Change Management & Enablement

  • Support organizational change management, training design, and business enablement activities.

  • Act as a process SME during training development and delivery.

  • Reinforce adherence to standard processes post go‑live.

Controls, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and close process and control gaps.

  • Ensure planning processes align with internal controls and audit requirements.

  • Continuously update process documentation based on enhancements, fixes, and operational learnings.

  • Monitor process KPIs post go‑live and drive corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Functional & Process Expertise

  • Deep expertise in Supply Planning and Demand Planning within ERP‑enabled environments.

  • Strong understanding of Oil Value Chain business processes (procurement, refining/processing, inventory, production planning, and distribution).

  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud – Supply Planning & Demand Planning module

  • Transformation & Consulting Skills

  • Proven experience leading process design in large‑scale ERP or digital transformations.

  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops, CRPs, testing, and design reviews.

  • Ability to balance business requirements with system capabilities and enterprise standards.

  • Experience working closely with business process owners and senior stakeholders.

  • Analytical & Delivery Skills

  • Strong ability to identify process gaps, cross‑functional impacts, and improvement opportunities.

  • Experience with Fit/Gap analysis, testing lifecycle management, and value measurement.

  • Structured, detail‑oriented approach with strong documentation discipline.

  • Collaboration & Communication

  • Excellent communication skills, including executive‑level interactions.

  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple teams.

  • Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed transformation programs.

  • Experience Profile (Typical)

  • 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain planning or ERP transformation roles.

  • Prior Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience in food & beverage, CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain‑intensive industries preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or Oracle/Supply Chain certifications a plus.

  • Industry expertise in domains like, Retail, Consumer and Industrial Products, etc.

  • Preferably have experience with automation and scheduling tools

  • Adept at implementing technology-enabled solutions to address business requirements for clients as part of a high-talent team

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Ability to travel as/when required.


Estimated annual compensation range :- $210,000-$256,667
