In the assigned Job Role of Engineering Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Elicit and document business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for the team
⦁ Participate in design meetings, create initial design concepts, and support the development of design sketches and models using established engineering tools and techniques
⦁ Participate in iterative engineering design cycles, refine prototypes, and coordinate with teams to implement feedback effectively
⦁ Develop and refine solution specifications and perform validation activities, including simulations, to ensure that engineering solutions meet design specifications and criteria
⦁ Build and refine prototypes, incorporating testing results and feedback received from cross-functional team, to enhance functionality
⦁ Undertake technical integration efforts, ensure system functionality, identify and resolve interoperability issues
⦁ Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and assist in organizing knowledge-sharing sessions among team members

Aptitudes et expérience requises
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
experience in aerospace quality, Material Review Board (MRB) documentation, manufacturing engineering, or inspection support roles.
Experience working with aerospace OEM requirements.
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), inspection results interpretation, and quality systems (AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management System exposure desirable).
Familiarity with Material Review Board (MRB) processes,

Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing and quality processes, including Material Review Board (MRB) and Non‑Conformance Report (NCR) workflows.
Exigences supplémentaires requises
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Informations complémentaires
Prepare complete, accurate, and first‑time‑right Material Review Board (MRB) case documentation for aerospace components.
Compile discrepancy descriptions, inspection reports, photos, sketches, measurement sheets, and supporting evidence for each case.
Reference prior MRB cases and approved dispositions to ensure consistency, reduce cycle time, and support compliant decision‑making.
Ensure all MRB packages meet OEM formatting, content, traceability, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with Inspection, Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to gather missing information or clarify defect details.
Maintain full documentation traceability for part numbers, serial numbers, operations, defect codes, and supporting data.
Support development and upkeep of MRB reference archives and libraries to streamline future case preparation.
Identify recurring defects and provide insights that contribute to quality improvement and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives.
Ensure all submissions meet strict “first‑time‑right” expectations to reduce rework and reviewer feedback loops.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, structure, and compliance in all submitted case files.
