Salary: AUD 129,311 – 142,018 Annual Gross

Experience

12-15+ years (with strong Finacle DEH experience)

Role Overview
Finacle Digital Engagement Hub (DEH) Senior Analyst/Development lead to lead design, development, and delivery of digital banking integrations and APIs. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, solution design, and close collaboration with business, architecture, and Finacle core banking teams.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Finacle DEH, integration frameworks, APIs, and digital channels, with proven experience in leading development teams and delivering large-scale banking transformation programs.



Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Delivery

  • Act as Development Lead for Finacle DEH modules and digital integrations.
  • Own end-to-end delivery including analysis, design, development, testing, and production support.
  • Lead API and service orchestration between DEH and different backend Core Banking systems, channels, and other third-party systems.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards.
Analysis & Solution Design
  • Work closely with business and product teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design scalable and reusable REST/SOAP APIs, integration flows, and DEH components.
  • Perform impact analysis for new requirements, Customer Migration, Finacle upgrades, and patches.
Development & Customization
  • Develop and customize Finacle DEH components, services, workflows, and adapters.
  • Hands-on development using:
    • Java / J2EE
    • Spring / Spring Boot
    • RESTful services & JSON/XML
Quality, Performance & Security
  • Enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Mentor junior developers and analysts.
  • Coordinate with Core backend teams, channel teams, infrastructure, and vendors.
  • Participate in design reviews, estimations, and release planning.



Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Finacle Digital Engagement Hub (DEH).
  • Expertise in API design, development, and orchestration.
  • Strong Java/J2EE development experience.
  • Experience with:
    • REST / SOAP Web Services
    • JSON / XML
    • Spring / Spring Boot
  • Banking domain knowledge (Retail/Corporate/Digital Banking).
Tools & Practices
  • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.



Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Finacle DEH implementation and upgrades.
  • Knowledge of security standards
  • Exposure to microservices architecture.
  • Prior experience working in large banking environments.
