Location: Melbourne, Australia.
Salary: AUD 127,971-141,157 AUD Annual Gross.
Please Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and SDETs.
- Well versed in insurance domain preferably Motor Insurance
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of test artifacts and maintain high standards of quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Technical Requirements:- Strong experience in using Selenium and C#.
- Proficient in API automation.
- Hands-on experience for mobile automation (iOS and Android).
- Solid programming skills in C#.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and test reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:- Agile Testing methodologies including BDD, TDD, and ATDD.
- Expertise in C#.
- Experience with Mobile Functional Test Automation.
Strong understanding of Agile Testing and Automated Testing practices.
