Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Oracle Funcional Consultant HCM Cloud to join our team
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Provide day‑to‑day functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud Core in a critical AMS operation, ensuring continuity of core HR processes and data accuracy.
- Analyze and resolve incidents related to employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and assignment changes.
- Monitor and support Core HCM processes and flows, validating data consistency, approval statuses, and process outcomes across worker and assignment records.
- Support business users in operational activities such as employee data corrections, organizational structure updates, job/position maintenance, and hierarchy validations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to HDL/SDL data loads, ESS job failures, OTBI/BI extracts, approval issues, and Core HCM data inconsistencies.
- Validate and maintain Core HCM configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational structures, HR policies, and business rules.
- Execute functional testing, including regression tests for Oracle quarterly updates and changes that may impact Core HCM processes and configurations.
- Perform functional impact analysis for configuration changes, small enhancements, and integration updates affecting Core HCM.
- Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose integration impacts involving OIC, ODI, REST/SOAP services, and inbound/outbound Core HCM data flows.
- Maintain clear functional documentation, including incident logs, root cause analysis, Core HR process guides, test evidence, and configuration tracking.
- Provide knowledge transfer and functional guidance to junior team members and business users when required..
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Core HCM in enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of Core HR business processes, including employee lifecycle management (hire, transfer, promotion, termination), worker types, and workforce structures.
- Hands‑on experience with Core HCM functional configuration, such as Enterprise Structures, Legal Employers, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, Locations, Departments, and Workforce Hierarchies.
- Good understanding of person and employment data models, including Workers, Assignments, Work Relationships, Employment Structures, and Person Types.
- Experience analyzing and resolving incidents related to employee data issues, lifecycle event errors, approval failures, eligibility problems, and data inconsistencies within Core HCM.
- Familiarity with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Data Loader (SDL) for mass data loads, corrections, and ongoing data maintenance.
- Experience using ESS jobs, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports to support Core HCM processes and operational monitoring.
- Experience working in AMS environments, supporting incidents, service requests, root‑cause analysis, and minor functional enhancements within Core HCM.
- Ability to perform functional testing, regression cycles, and impact analysis during Oracle Cloud quarterly updates affecting Core HCM configurations and processes.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with technical teams (OIC/ODI, REST/SOAP integrations) during troubleshooting of Core HCM data flows and integrations.
- Strong documentation abilities for functional procedures, SOPs, test cases, configuration workbooks, and support logs related to Core HCM.
