1. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall installation, configuration, maintenance and migration of CCM forms.
• Working with business technology groups to integrate their applications with the ECM infrastructure so that content management capabilities to come up with a Robust CCM solution.
• Resolving operational issues as quickly as possible and driving out root causes and resolutions to those root causes.
• Analyzing the existing Forms and coming up with Dynamic forms which will help the business users to reduce the manual effort.

1. Skills /Competencies:

Essential Skills:

• More than 5 years’ experience of OpenText CCM solution design, build and maintain on medium and large-scale projects.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in OpenText Exstream product.
• Excellent knowledge in OpenText Exstream 16 or above.
• Excellent knowledge in advanced configuration and development using various components like Control Center, Design Center, Composition Center, Archiving, Ad hoc viewer and Post processing in OpenText Exstream product.
• Excellent SQL knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge in advance scripting.
• Comprehensive experience in StreamIn, XMLIN, Streamout, XMLout.
• Excellent knowledge in OpenText Exstream administration, Installations, Migration, configuration and setting up connectivity between components.
• Good Knowledge in Docbroker Plus, Post Processor, OMR, Barcodes, Enveloping, Sorting, and Interactive objects.
• Experience in delivering output in various formats like email, fax, pdf, archiving, Post processor repository etc.
