Quality Engineering Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

In the role you will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Testing Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation. Will also be responsible for delivering high quality test scripts and other activities related to project implementation, transition, and warranty.
This position requires hybrid work mode and needs your presence in the office for at least 60% of the workdays every week.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
• Experience in working as tester with knowledge of Test case, Test plan authoring.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing Automation scripts in Selenium, Java or using any programming language
• Hands on experience in UI and API automation
• Work experience in Agile methodologies
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Understand User stories and their acceptance criteria
• Scope and estimate the automation effort for user stories
• Perform Automation within iterative Agile environment
• Design, develop, maintain and execute Automated scripts in CI/CD environment to meet requirements
• Communicate defects and verify fixes
• Experience in source code control systems like GIT..
• Experience in working with any Continuous Integration tools like Azure Devops, Jenkins etc,.
• Good experience on debugging and isolating test automation issues
• AI driven automation development experience using any tool is preferable(cursor, copilot, Agentic etc,.)
• Experience in working with Postman or any similar tools
• Excellent written and spoken communication
