Your role

As a Technology Lead, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Analyze existing application modules and implement enhancements, new features, and optimizations.
• Develop and modify backend components using Java (Spring/Spring Boot) and Node.js.
• Build and maintain internal REST APIs and integration logic.
• Work extensively with Oracle and Oracle Spatial.
• Write and tune SQL/PLSQL for application enhancements, data processing, and performance improvements.
• Enhance UI/business logic written in JavaScript, where applicable.
• Maintain, debug, and extend application components deployed on RHEL 8.1 and Kubernetes clusters.
• Participate in troubleshooting, defect fixing, and root‑cause analysis across application and database layers.
• Containerize updated application modules (Docker) and support CI/CD deployments.
• Collaborate with architects, DBAs, DevOps, and product owners for requirement refinement and solutioning.
• Maintain documentation for all enhancements, design changes, and code modifications.

• Preferred
• Experience working on enhancements for existing legacy or home‑grown applications.
• Ability to understand and refactor large monolithic codebases.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Understanding of REST API authentication.
• Basic understanding of networking and Linux security concepts.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience handling minor enhancements, configuration changes, and release validations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
