Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- 7+ years of proven experience in business process analysis and documentation.
- Strong experience in:
- Requirement gathering and requirement elicitation
- Product backlog creation and management
- Grooming user stories
- Aligning functional designs and process changes with business stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile/ALM tools:
- JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, QMetry
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and ability to clarify requirements to technical teams.
- Experience in system testing, UAT preparation, and issue tracking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse and global teams.
- Strong systems and process orientation.
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter, proactive, and able to deliver high‑quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)- Familiarity with application integration concepts and related implementations.
- Excellent articulation and presentation abilities.
- Experience generating data quality metrics.
- Agile project management certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis- Lead requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform requirement elicitation, documentation, refinement, and validation.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
- Document requirements in JIRA and/or ServiceNow.
- Manage and groom the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Align functional designs and process updates with business stakeholders.
- Conduct system testing on deliverables and support UAT readiness activities.
- Prepare and generate project-related data quality metrics and reports.
- Ensure ongoing clarification of requirements for development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
Scrum Master Activities- Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Grooming, Retrospectives, Reviews.
- Support Agile adoption and coach team members on best practices.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure delivery progress.
- Foster transparency, communication, and collaboration across teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Liaise with global business teams, technical teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Partner with BA and UX teams to build prototypes, workflows, and product roadmaps.
- Drive requirements to closure and support all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain smooth communication across geographically distributed teams.
