Infosys is seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Data Conversions Architect for planning, designing, and executing data migration strategies for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations. This role ensures accurate and efficient conversion of legacy data into Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, adhering to project timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience on all tools in Oracle Fusion ERP cloud environment to perform data conversion based on customer requirements. Candidate requires collaboration with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, creating documentation, testing, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Conversion Strategy & Planning

  • Define and document data migration approach, methodology, and standards.

  • Identify data sources, assess data quality, and determine cleansing requirements.

2. Design & Development

  • Develop data mapping documents between legacy systems and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

  • Design and build ETL processes using Oracle tools (e.g., FBDI templates, ADFDI, OTBI).

  • Create scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

3. Execution & Validation

  • Perform data conversions for all relevant modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.).

  • Conduct mock conversions and reconcile data accuracy.

  • Collaborate with functional teams for validation and sign-off.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.

  • Provide status updates, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project governance.

5. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Document conversion processes and maintain audit trails.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • Location for this position is Irvine, CA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.

  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud technologies, with at least 5 years in Oracle ERP / SCM Cloud programs.

  • End-to-end data migration lifecycle experience - source data profiling & cleansing, mapping and transformation logic design, data validation and reconciliation, dry runs, mock conversions, and cutover execution

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Finance, SCM).

  • Understanding of Oracle cloud data model and proficiency in FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, and data migration tools.

  • Deep hands-on experience with Oracle fusion import & load processes (FBL, HDL for HCM, FBDI for others)

  • Hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end data conversion cycles.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Maintain documentation for extensions, data conversion and deployment processes.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and best practices.

  • Hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation experience.

  • Complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business team

  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus
