Infosys is seeking a Senior Cloud Administrator- Retail, CPG and Logistics. In this role of
Senior engineer with leadership qualities to drive cloud-first database/platform engineering, migrations, automation, and operations excellence across OCI/AWS, Exadata/ODA, Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12.2), and Core Oracle Databases. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 4 years' experience with Information Technology.

  • Excellent in Design and execute cloud architectures and migrations across OCI and AWS (EC2/RDS, VPC, IAM, Route53, ELB/ALB, CloudWatch).

  • Locations for this position is Dallas, TX. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client locations.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in implementing & monitoring solutions using Grafana, CloudWatch, AppDynamics, and OEM & Support batch processing, season rollouts, integrations, and middleware dependencies.

  • Excellent in Own administration across Oracle DB versions 11g–23ai: installation, configuration, patching, RMAN backup/recovery & conduct performance tuning using AWR, ADDM, ASH, Statspack.

  • Experience in Implement RAC/ASM/Grid Infrastructure and Data Guard HA/DR architecture & Administer Oracle E‑Business Suite R12.2 including online patching (ADOP) & Perform cloning using adcfgclone, tech-stack patching, PCP on RAC, concurrent processing.

  • Implement hybrid/on‑prem to cloud migration strategies with licensing and footprint optimization & engineer cloud-native deployments, automation, observability, and high‑availability frameworks.

  • Develop cloud infrastructure-as-code and automated governance guardrails & automate DB and application deployments using Jenkins, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines.

  • Operate Exadata/ODA including firmware, storage, Smart Scan, flash cache optimizations & Perform DB/Storage server patching, health checks, and capacity planning.

  • Administer WebLogic 10g/11g/12c, Apache/OHS, clustering and load balancing, support DMZ, reverse proxy, SSO integrations & implement and support Oracle GoldenGate replication.

  • Expertise with Oracle Database (11g–19c/23ai), RAC/ASM/Grid, RMAN, Data Guard, SQL/PLSQL.

  • Strong Oracle E‑Business Suite R12.2 administration skills.

  • Hands‑on experience with Exadata/ODA operations.

  • Proficiency with OCI and AWS cloud platforms.

  • Strong performance tuning, monitoring, and automation skills.

  • Experience with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Ansible, CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket.

  • Knowledge of OEM 13c, AppDynamics, Grafana.

  • Familiarity with security frameworks and database protection tools.

  • Linux (RHEL/OEL), AIX, Solaris, Windows OS proficiency.

  • Preferred certifications: OCI, AWS, PMP/PSM/CKA

  • Strong architectural thinking and solution design.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills & proven leadership in global delivery teams and automation initiatives.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
