Your role
As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Experience in RF planning & optimization across 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.
• Hands on expertise with Amdocs ActixOne for drive test analysis, KPI analytics, and performance troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with Forsk Atoll for multi RAT RAN modeling, propagation prediction, and automatic planning.
• Ability to perform map based RF analysis using terrain, clutter, and morphology data.
• Experience with RAN data ingestion, validation, and QA (CM/PM data, logs, audits).
• Skills in reporting and RF performance summaries (cluster reports, optimization reports).
• Scripting knowledge (Python/Shell/Excel automation) for pre/post processing of RF datasets.
• Troubleshooting experience across multi vendor RAN (Nokia/Ericsson/Huawei/ZTE).
• Hands on L2/L3 operations, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• Comfortable with 24×7 operations and on call support.

Preferred

• Technical expertise
• Understanding of advanced features in 5G NR (beamforming, DSS, Massive MIMO).
• Familiarity with SON features (ANR, MRO, MLB, PCI optimization).
• Experience with drive test tools (TEMS, Nemo, SwissQual, Rohde & Schwarz).
• Knowledge of KPI dashboards and OSS counters (NetAct, ENM, U2020, OMC).
• Strong RF fundamentals (link budget, interference analysis, handover tuning).
• Automation experience for large scale RF datasets (Python/Pandas/SQL).
