Infosys is seeking a Test Lead.

As a Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dayton, OH or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Functional Testing experience in US Healthcare Payer domain.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in FACETS Benefits configuration Testing, FACETS Claims Testing.
  • Must Have: STLC, SQL, Test management in Azure Devops, Agile Kanban.
  • Hands on experience working with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Power Point, Excel, and Visio.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle activities, Defect Management.
  • Perform test planning activities such as writing test plan, test cases, test reports, status reports, and project related activities.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Business users, Subject Matter.
  • Providing Test result walkthroughs to Business.
  • Collaborate with Config development teams for Defect fixes testing and closure.
  • Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask among various activities and responsibilities.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Experience in UiPath based test automation

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
