Infosys is seeking an Lead – Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence. In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will provide inputs for identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of applications, provide regular support and guidance to project teams on complex coding and issue resolution with the objective of ensuring best-fit and high-quality technical solutions within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Required Qualifications-

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC or Tempe, AZ or Hartford, CT or Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Expertise in Oracle , Teradata and Informatica PowerCenter
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, SCD, data modeling).
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale BI projects, production support, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience working with clients in the Energy Utilities
  • Demonstrated success in leading BI modernization and migration projects.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and reporting (e.g., SOX, CPUC).

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
