• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malta (NY)/ Burlington, (VT) or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to client locations.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 2 years in Storage Administration.
• Hands-on experience with NetApp and Pure Storage in production environments.
• Proficiency in SAN/NAS technologies and tools (e.g., Brocade switches, Connectrix Manager).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Hands on Exposure to Content management System /Online Stores/Payment.

• Experience in one of the Storage technologies HPE / IBM and EMC.is a PLUS
• Experience with ITIL processes and maintenance of projects.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
