Infosys is seeking for a Application/ System Administrator to manage the existing application and systems side support & licensing management .The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day system administrative activities and ensure the smooth delivery of support and maintenance tasks for existing systems and applications. Analyzing support tickets, gathering requirements for fixes/enhancements, and ensuring solutions up and running for business needs.

Required Skills:
Candidate can be located anywhere in the US. This position will require travel to project locations.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
Experience in managing windows servers and service accounts
Experience in troubleshooting and installing the relevant components
Experience in installing/supporting Vendor applications on servers and client machines
Experience in performing deployments of software on servers and client machines
Experience in managing license server for multiple applications
Experience in sql scripting to troubleshoot database issues
Experience in troubleshooting abilities on client/server/databases
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, as the role may involve combination of regular shifts and off shift support needs as they arise

• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
•Manage the timely communication related to downtime/planned maintainence activities.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Networking and Active Directory.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $94,000 to $ 131,600.
In Washington, DC: $85,700 to $124,600
