Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP CRM Consultant
This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
This position is based in Memphis, TN. The Position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in leading the SAP CRM workstream for implementations, upgrades, and support projects, serving as the primary point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders.
Manage and mentor a team of SAP CRM consultants, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
Develop and maintain project plans, scope documents, and resource allocation strategies.
Facilitate workshops, business requirement gathering sessions, and design discussions with key business users.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP CRM solutions, including but not not limited to:
Sales: Account and Contact Management, Activity Management, Opportunity Management, Quotation and Order Management.
Service: Service Request and Order Management, Complaints and Returns Management, Service Contracts.
Marketing: Campaign Management, Lead Management, Marketing Analytics.
Interaction Center (IC): Agent Desktop, Scripting, and Call Handling.
Web UI (User Interface): Configuration and enhancements.
Design, configure, and implement SAP CRM solutions to meet complex business requirements.
Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Prepare and deliver training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing effective SAP solutions.
Perform gap analysis and create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP ECC/S/4HANA SD, FI-CO, MM) to ensure seamless integration and business process flow.
Work closely with ABAP developers and Basis teams to validate technical designs and ensure the final solution meets functional requirements.
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting, ensuring the stability and performance of the SAP system.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
