Key activities
- Understand SAP landscape
- Understand l2/L3/L4 processes in scope
- Come up with relevant test scenario’s
- Create detail manual test cases
- Execute manual test cases
- Update test results in test management tool
- Coordinate with implementation teams for data requirements, defect follow ups etc.
- If part of UAT support, help UAT business users for test case clarification, help with test results update
Skills needed
- Good knowledge in SAP modules like SAP SD/MM/FICO/PP/QM/EWM/CRM etc
- Good understanding of testing processes
- Knowledge of test management tool like ALM, JIRA
- Good communication skills
