Location- Hong Kong
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Work on IT operation solutions and address problems for our clients on ITSM tool deployment, customization, and integration. ServiceNow knowledge and experience is a must. The solutions include the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and services required by ITSM tools and other applications to integrate with:
- Design ITSM or other cloud-based monitoring solution architecture based on requirements from IT strategy, IT planning, enterprise architecture design etc.
- Work out solutions for implementing complex ITSM or cloud operation application, including custom applications and UI/UX design, and integration between ITSM, cloud operation and business critical systems.
- Lead to work out data modelling, business process automation, and performance optimization in ITSM and cloud operation solutions.
- Lead to implement ITSM and cloud operation solutions, including service mapping and discovery, event management, and IT Service Management
- Build and optimize the processes on incidents, problem management, BC/DR and the related KPIs.
- Help to design security and operation architectures, including authentication & identity management, middleware, and infrastructure level security operation solutions.
- Take the technical leadership role in various projects or job assignments.
- Take presales support tasks and help to pursuit business opportunities by making proposal solutions against RFPs, showing our capability to take the responsible to meet operation targets.
- Be flexible and adaptive to take other senior architect roles.
Qualifications- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related disciplines is required.
- Minimum 15 years in IT technology areas in technical roles. Minimum of 8 years of experience in ITSM and cloud operation solution design and development and architecture. Minimum of 5 years in architect roles.
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and UI/UX design.
- Strong integration skills with the ability to connect ITSM and cloud monitoring tools with external systems.
- Knowledge of data modelling, business process automation, and performance optimization in ITSM tools.
- Demonstrated experience with ITSM tools, service mapping and discovery, event management, and IT Service Management
- Have experience in industries such as retail, finance, Internet, manufacturing and life science.
- Language: English + Cantonese.
