ServiceNow Project Manager
Infosys is seeking ServiceNow Project Manager. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders, Development Team and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties include working on complex ServiceNow deployments, mainly ITOM, but not limited and including (ITSM) Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge and other modules ITAM and HRSD, among others. This PM should be able to interact with the different architecture, platforms, application and infrastructure teams to understand and help in the planning, coordination and support in the design process of the solution.
