Infosys is seeking an experienced Finance Business Process Analyst with RPA experience. Candidate should have strong functional and process knowledge for Quote to Cash, Tax, Procure to Pay and Record to Report process areas. The position primary will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and applying Oracle functional proficiency across different stages of the project including requirement gathering, design, User acceptance testing, application support etc. Role involves communication with Business and Third-party systems. For assigned projects, drives the process of documenting current “as-is” and “to-be” business processes and gathering requirements and uses cases from the GPOs and other subject matter experts (“SMEs”); owns the overall drafting of the business requirements document (“BRD”, “PRD”). Identifying and analyzing areas of improvements and opportunities for automation in the finance processes and systems and recommending and supporting implementation of business solutions. Works in US PST hours to support Enterprise initiatives, attend meetings, work with cross-functional partners, manage other resources

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario/Calgary or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Skills required:

1. Degree preferably in Finance/Accounting, CPA, CA etc.
2. 8+ years of progressive experience as Sr. Business Analyst or Transformation Lead focused on Finance areas (Q2C, P2P, R2R).
3. Experience in finance business transformation (including policy, process and systems) focused from a finance perspective
4. Sound functional knowledge of Quote to Cash, Accounting, Tax and Subscription process areas
5. Expertise in Oracle Service Contracts, Receivables, Payables, General Ledger modules
6. Experience in RPA
7. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills as well as internal personal skills, Familiarity with business practices and cultures across multiple international regions
8. Ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

1. Experience in Global Tax Rollouts and Vertex Integrations
2. Pricing and Quoting experience for SaaS organizations
3. Expertise with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere
4. Familiar with RPA solutions, including functioning of recorder, control tower, business process configuration, etc.
5. Skilled in GenAI
6. BPM (Business Process Modelling) experience with process design, process documentation, and process governance
7. Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus
8. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
9. Ability to identify and address client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner
10. Program Management and Change Management experience
11. Sql knowledge preferred
