Purpose of the Role :

Implement the Quality management plan signed off for the engagement in consultation with respective Team lead or Quality specialists with the objective to ensure stability of process performance procedures and client commitments are met.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing of volumes and provide process improvement.
  • Perform Finance Quality audits to measure accuracy identifying errors and closure of transaction in specified timelines.
  • Decisive in RCA and in tracing responsibility
  • Determine the follow up requirements and mode of follow up
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement
  • Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams discussing process updates and process gaps
  • Must understand Business Impact of errors downstream
  • Clear written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
  • Manage escalations from different stakeholders to resolution and ensure smooth flow of communication with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Dealing with external and internal queries in a professional, client-oriented manner.
  • Process and follow-up on dispute case or open issues within SLA given.

a. AP Processes

b. AR Processes

c. Finance Reporting

d. Entire Process of Finance

e. Overview of the contract

2. Business Impact of errors downstream

3. Relevant industry experience - similar ERP preferred

4. Understanding critical elements of contract and their effects on issues raised

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or Account and Business Admin or any relevant studies
  • 2 to 5 years in Finance or Accounting
  • Good problem solving
  • Good skills in Excel
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate in Mandarin
