Job Description

Infosys is seeking a F5 Network admin. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Canadian citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
Preferred Qualification :
  • 4 years of experience in F5 load balancer devices Administration and Production Support
  • Expr in F5 GTM / LTM, pool creation, VIP and irules creation
  • Exposure to support Juniper devices
  • Experience in Infoblox & IPAM tool for DHCP & DNS management
  • Experience in Aruba Wireless devices (AP, WLC), Mobility Master and Airwave
  • Review change plans, network documents & create knowledge-based articles
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools like service now and ITSM process
  • Knowledge of DR activity and plan to execute DR effectively
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environments.
  • Participate in technical meetings with team and client.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting complex business and technical issues
  • Ensure operational and system documentation is created and maintained
  • Participate in incident, problem and change management activities for Network Engineer.
  • Participate in knowledge management activities with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in own technology domain within the guidelines, policies and norms
  • Experience in interfacing with culturally diverse team spread across different time zones.
