Technology Analyst
San Jose, Costa Rica

In this role of Technology Analyst you will Validate and implement support activities in line with the project requirement, project monitoring, service level management and reporting, documentation. Ensure project level compliance, participate in Knowledge Acquisition and Management sessions and assist SLA adherence and monitoring with highest levels of service commitments to the clients in the IT Support and Operations area.


  • Full lifecycle experience in development projects
  • Business Process modeling experience (Business Process Analysis experience)
  • Requirement elicitation and Requirements Analysis experience (User Stories, Use Cases, Functional Specifications, etc.).
  • Experience on estimating development work of the team.
  • Abstract thinking and problem solving skills for coding and representing processes in diagrams.
  • Challenge accepting and ability to find solution.
  • Client communication
  • Proficient in English (Verbal, Written).
  • Openness to learn new technologies based on business requirements

  • AT LEAST 3-4 years of experience in VBA based Automation
  • AT LEAST 3-4 years of experience in technologies like JavaScript/.NET framework/ ASP.NET/ HTML/CSS
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Desirable any RPA experience (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, AutomationEdge, etc).
  • Desirable experience working with Selenium.
  • Desirable experience in Production Support Projects
  • Desirable Experience with databases SQL or Oracle etc.
  • Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma will be an added advantage

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
